2. What to include in your request
To help us resolve your issue faster, include:
- The email used on your Blessu account.
- Device model and operating system version.
- A short description of the issue and reproduction steps.
- Screenshots or screen recordings when possible.
3. Response times
We usually respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
4. Subscription help
We can verify plan status and premium access. Final billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
5. Account and privacy requests
For account deletion or privacy rights requests, visit /delete-account or email support from the address linked to your account.
6. Safety and emergencies
Blessu is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away.
